despatch.
Personal cheques
drawn on UK banks only please, goods despatched on clearance.
Postal Orders and
IMO's fine, cash other than sterling subject to exchange rates,
please include your address and item details.
REFUND POLICY
We endeavour to provide customer satisfaction at
all times. However, in the event of any problems which may arise
please read the following;
A refund request must be made within 7 days of the
item delivery.
Items must be in their original condition. If the
goods have been damaged in transit we must be notified straight away
A proof of despatch document will be required
If a book is not as described, we will refund
return postage
This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
BOOKS SOLD
Very occasionally, books on the site may have been
sold whilst remaining listed. Although we are as vigilant as we can
be to avoid this happening, there are circumstances which can cause
this to happen which are beyond our control, such as delays in sales
information from other sites our stock is listed on. It is extremely
rare, and we do our best to avoid it. However, this can happen from
time to time.
