ELVIS YEARBOOK (1960), THE HOUND DOG NEWS

A Special Memorial Edition Magazine published by Collectors Features, Tiberon, California, no date.

A reproduction limited edition of the original 1960 copy of the yearbook, I believe from the late seventies. The original is faithfully reproduced with articles, black and white photographs and cartoons of Elvis, and some stickers such as ‘I Love Elvis’ inside the back cover which may have been originally intended to be cut out of the magazine.

There is some very slight shelf wear, mainly to the lower edge, some fading to the spine, and slight light tinting to the page edges throughout the book, which certainly gives it the flavour of an original.. The pages are clean and tightly bound. If you don’t have an original for your collection, this is the very best next thing!
