Illustrated, and including a colour frontispiece of Gussy Moran in action. A lovely, nostalgic look back at school days of yesteryear. Full of the sort of contents that make you wonder if life was better then than it is now.

There are chips, rubs and creases to the dust jacket, The book itself is very good, there is the most minute amount of rubbing to the bottom edge of the front cover, the lightest sleeve marks on the endpapers, and there is a school-prize bookplate on the inside front, inscribed for a (named) pupil, Clarendon House School Ramsgate, 1950-51. A nice piece with good clean pages.
