 A massive book 49 chapters, covering the microbiology of natural waters, dairy products, the atmosphere, potable water and sewage, industrial, food and much more. There is a little movement in the boards, though not excessive, possibly caused by a split in the gutter at page six. There is an ink name inscription and a small book seller’s label at the bottom of the inside cover, plus a little light tanning mainly to the endpapers. The book is packed with photographs charts and diagrams.
