 16mo, 256 pages. Lamb’s Essays, which are really observations on life from his perspective, an absorbing read .

This copy is ex school library although apart from a small light circular stamp inside the front and rear cover, and two small ink numbers, one within the first stamp and the other at the top of the fep, it does not appear to have been anywhere near a library. Indeed, the pages are very nice and clean and tightly bound.  There is no dust jacket, some light stains and rubbing to the (green) boards, ever so slightly cocked, perhaps 2mm? A nice copy.
