 Crown 8vo, 256 pages. A really well crafted children’s story, in a style rarely seen now. The book has no dust jacket, the pictorial boards have some staining, mainly to the rear. There is a bibliography of other RTS titles at the back of the book, slight light tinting to these page edges, the pages in the rest of the book are nice and clean. There is light foxing to the closed page edges and a beautifully written ink inscription on the fep, a Sunday school prize, dated 1912.
