350 pages dealing with the Field-Marshal’s life and military service, including Burma and the Far East.

There is a library services withdrawn stamp on the fep, with a ‘sold ‘ stamp underneath it. At the base of the following page is a small, neat, seven digit reference number in green ink. Apart from a slightly faded spine, a piece of the laminate missing from the rear, across the spine and to the lower front cover, approximately 4 x 3 cm at the back but smaller at the front, and perhaps the most minuscule evidence of a very minor cock, the book is in good condition.

The pages are nice, clean and tightly bound and the book is illustrated. The faults described are only minor and the book is a good reading copy.
