Squash Rackets is a sport providing the hard physical exercise and keen competition that will keep the player fit and interested, and as enjoyable as for the beginner as the veteran.

This book is designed to help all players improve their game with sections on the basic shots, how and when to play them, tactics, fitness training and the rules.

Written by the National Coach for the Squash Rackets Association (at 1974) and illustrated with photographs taken from a recent series of Squash Coaching films it will enable the average player to improve his game sufficiently to ensure victory over his customary opponent while it also contains many useful points both for the experienced player and the coach.

The book has no dust jacket, rather pictorial cover boards.

Apart from a very tiny and minor bump to the bottom board tips, the book is in very good condition, clean and tightly bound. Illustrated in black and white.
