A story set in The Old Mill Tearoom, Blythe Bridge, Edinburgh. How the propriertrix made her way from Streatham to this place, and the events and day-to-day life at The Tearoom.

The book has no dust jacket, and orange cover boards. The boards have slightly sunned at the edges, the spine is slightly faded, minor bumps and slight rubbing. Has an ink ownership inscription on the inside front cover.

The pages are clean and the book is tightly bound. It induces nostalgia even reading a fictional account of life from over seventy years ago!
