N/D but early, possibly forties. A lovely book containing hobby projects and things to do and make, see and learn before the days of microchips and electronic games, when life was less frenetic. With chapters covering everything from tree identification to making a hammock, all illustrated with drawings. A very nice item.

The jacket is split at the extremities, and there are two or three minor chips. The extreme lower edges of the book have sunned, and there is the very slightest bump to the top of the boards at the leading edge. The pages are very clean, with the slightest hint of light tinting to the edges. Overall, the book is very clean for it’s age.
