A very nice item this, a 48 page journey through the world of railways, trains as painted by water-colour artists at various periods in the development of the railway, with one or two sketches as well.

There is no dust jacket, a little staining to the cover boards. Some of the pages have light foxing in the margins. The pictures themselves are evocative of great periods of innovation in the life of this nation. If you are a fan, or just into nostalgia, this could be the book for you!
