This book is bound in red cloth and is 1067 pages long. It contains 46 chapters and has appendices. It is illustrated at the beginning of the book and contains an account of a meeting with Count Metternich, the German Ambassador, Metternich’s report, together with the Kaiser’s final remarks.

The book has no dust jacket and apart from a small light stain at the base of the spine (where the cloth has gone a slightly darker red), is in excellent condition. The pages are clean and tightly bound. 

This is a heavy volume, so surface or parcel post might be considered.
