As usual, Time Inc.,have produced a superb book in their ‘Foods of the World’ series. This is an excellent book which covers the unique foods and methods and recipes for their preparation. The text is supported with colour photographs, including a step-by-step colour photo guide to cutting up a lobster. Of the copies of this series that I have owned and read, this is the heartiest of them all.

T Apart from very slight edgewear, the book, which has pictorial cover boards rather than a dust jacket, is in very good condition.
