 This is a nice little period piece and will be of interest to retro, theatre garment designers and producers etc., Odhams had an infuriating period of omitting publication dates and this is no exception. However, judging by the patterns it is forties or early fifties. The book is well produced with both photographs and diagrams. The details on the title page state;

 All the little details of dressmaking are shown in clear, easy-to-follow pictures. Patterns of garments for all the family are included

 There is no dust jacket, the book is in nice condition, the gold blocked spine is very bright
