GERMANY AND ENGLAND

 J. A. Cramb

 John Murray

Crown 8to, red cloth boards,137 pages, rep, September 1914

An examination of the history of the relationship between England and Germany, two imperial powers which, unfortunately, were about to clash again when these lectures were delivered by Professor Cramb, in February and March, 1913, at Queen’s College, Harley Street, where he was Professor of History. Public alarm and uncertainty is measured by the number of times the book was reprinted since first issued in June 1914. This is the 10th reprint since June 1914, and the sixth in September.

There is no dust jacket, 3 small, light marks on the back cover, the gold blocking on the front cover has gone, but still remains on the spine. Light foxing on the page edges, very good for the year
