This is literally, what the title suggests! Corrective physical education, mainly focused on, children, and youth groups. There are exercises for specific conditions, schedules, and breathing exercises, even including, dramatic pantomime! Exercises for knee, and heart conditions, and positions we wouldn’t – couldn’t even attempt!

The covers are slightly marked and rubbed here and there, but the pages are lovely and clean. There is an ink inscription at the top of the inside cover. This is a large heavy old tome, it will keep you fit lifting it up! Because of this, parcel or surface mail might be required
